1. Handmade & Purchased Product Disclaimer

Along with my handmade creations, I also offer other items such as purses/handbags/wallets and products for kids. Most of my items are handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, or design. These differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • I accept Paypal, most credit cards/debit cards.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times are typically 3-5 days before shipping.
  • Processing times for custom-made items vary depending on the complexity of the design but are typically 5–10 business days before shipping. I will provide an estimated completion date when the order is confirmed.

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back in unused condition, in original packaging.

5. Custom-Made Item Agreement

Custom-made items are created specifically based on the customer’s request and design preferences. I work closely with each customer to ensure the details are clear before production begins. Full payment is required before I start creating the item. Because these pieces are personalized, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any variations in color, size, or design are part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of the item.

6. Safety Disclaimer

  • Some items may contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3 years old due to choking hazards.

  • My products are for decorative use only and should not be ingested or placed in the mouth.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, images, and content are my property and may not be used without my permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of my products.

9. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
